Terms of Service
> My art cannot be modified in any way. If a design has changed and you'd like the art piece to resemble the new design, please reach out to me! I'd love to modify the piece for you if I still have the art file.
> Watermarks cannot be removed for any reason. I create less invasive watermarks for commissioned pieces, but they still cannot be removed for theft prevention purposes.
> Art must be credited. If art is used as a profile picture, credit must be addressed in the biography. If art is used as a character icon on a character profile (such as Toyhouse), credit is not required as long as the piece is in the character's gallery. Art does not have to be credited when in private conversations as long as you do not claim credit. Credits can go to "smolotter_," "smolotter," other variations, or a link to one of my socials/carrd.
> Art cannot be used for merchandise without prior approval. If you'd like art for merchandise, art must be commissioned with that intent (a merchandising fee may apply).
> Art can be used to increase character value. Art obtained via trade may also increase worth. The worth is determined by the value of my art at the time of the trade and not the products received in the trade. Gift art may also increase value if it complies with the character's designer's Terms of Service.
> Art will be completed in a timely manner. However, please keep in mind I am a full time student with a part time job.
> All payments are through PayPal Goods & Services, or CashApp.
> Your art may take several hours to several weeks depending on my queue, motivation, and personal life matters. I am a person, not a machine.
> I will send images for approval (please do not just like the image, tell me that it looks fine or give me the improvements I could make). If you find something wrong that could be fixed or approved, TELL ME. My goal is to satisfy. That being said, this can only happen in the sketch phases or color phase.
> I do not do refunds after I have finished inking.
> If a refund is issued, I can use the unfinished piece for another project.
> If a refund is issued after the piece is complete or after the inking phase, you will be blacklisted.
> Art is a hobby for me and not a career, therefore my prices are low. Tips are greatly appreciated and can get you special gifts, but I would rather you save those tips for artists who use art as a career.
> I will send you the art either via a Toyhouse profile, Discord, or email. If neither work for you, I can attempt to link it (but no guarantees).
> If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out!

A simple drawing of just your character's head. No shading available.

Icon $10
A more detailed piece that may include other elements such as chest, arms, and paws. Free shading upon request.

Half Body $15
A piece that shows half of your character's body. Free shading upon request.

Chibi Full Body $10-15
A simple-shaped drawing that depicts your full character. Top style is $10, bottom style is $15!

Full Body $20
A piece that depicts your whole character. Free shading upon request.

Mini/Symmetrical Reference Sheet $25+
A character sheet that depicts your character in a way to show how they should be drawn (mini verison). Includes standard full, headshot, chibi backview or chibi outfit doll, and small details. Symmetrical verison includes 1 standard full and backview, and a headshot with details. No shading available.

Standard Reference Sheet $40+
A character sheet that depicts your character in a way to show how they should be drawn. Includes standard full, headshot, standard backview, chibi outfit doll OR feral verison, and small details. No shading available

Character Pages 45+
This piece depicts your character's personality. This is like an extra large reference sheet that focuses more on your character's personality. It includes: 1 standard full (free shading upon request), 2 chibis, an outfit doll, a headshot, backview, accessories, and other details. No shading is available.
